Payment Process Requirement

The following is required in order for us to process payments for:

Individuals: Proof of identity, authorization form to charge credit card, invoice or bill, recipient information, signed agreement
Businesses: Company registration, proof of contract or service agreement, DOD entity, invoice, signed agreement
